There are a lot of veterans using their ingenuity and inventiveness to talk about the unique experiences of veterans in their post military lives, and the guys over at the Change Your POV Podcast are among the best at doing so. The hosts, Eddie Lazzari and Bennet Tanton, are the real deal when it comes to both veterans and podcasters. With a stockpile of over 150 episodes, there’s something in there for every veteran, spouse, or someone who wants to learn more about what veterans experience in today’s society.

I had the pleasure of being able to talk with Eddie on an episode of the CYPOV podcast. There’s a bunch of stuff in this episode about veteran mental health, my military career, and even a few stories that can give you a glimpse of what it’s like living life through the eyes of a veteran. Many (most, or all) episodes of CYPOV are raw, real, and even a little explicit, and this one’s no exception.

Enjoy the episode, and stick around and listen to some of Eddie and Bennet’s other interviews. It’s a great addition to your podcast lineup, if you have one, or a great start of such a list. You can follow CYPOV and their podcast on many platforms, including Twitter and Facebook, and find the podcast on iTunesAndroid, and other platforms.
