Hello, faithful readers! I appreciate, as always, the desire that you have to change the way that you, and others, think and talk about Veteran Mental Health. A long-time reader recently mentioned to me that there are things that should NOT be said to a veteran regarding mental health, but that we unfortunately hear all the time. I’d like to hear from you, anonymously, on what those things may be.

Your responses will be used in a future blog post that will be able to help service members, veterans, their families, and those who work with them understand the realities of what veterans are experiencing when it comes to talking about mental health and wellness.

Much appreciated!
